2. Create audience personas based on my target market
Start with our audiences’ "villains"

4. Analyze my content to ensure it addresses specific audience needs
“Data” Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Traffic to MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) Ratio
The ratio of the total traffic platform generated vs. the number of marketing qualified leads coming from that traffic.
Crawl Errors: The number of URLs that are inaccessible to Googlebot when it scans your pages.
Bounce Rate: The number of people who exited your site within just a few seconds of arriving.
Mobile Usability: The speed and performance of your landing page on phones and tabs.
Referral Traffic: The number of people who visit your website from your social media.
